Reflecting on their time at Oak Hill Academy, Anthony revealed that he arrived at the school while LeBron was already a student there. The anticipation surrounding their talent had already sparked a rivalry between them.

 

Anthony recalled thinking, “I have to play against him; it’s on the schedule. We have to make it happen.” The encounter took place during All-Star weekend in Philadelphia, and the two spent hours sitting together on the steps before the game.
